Ecstatic Dance

Come enjoy a new awesome playlist of world music and old favorites carefuly crafted to warm you up, get you moving and cool you down. We start with a short poem, setting an intention for our dance.  We move into free form intuitive dance.   You set your own pace, as fast and outragious or as quiet and still as you want to be!  We close with circle of connection.

No Experience Necessary! 

Rules: 

1. No shoes (socks are ok)

2. No talking (singing, laughing, stomping are ok)

3. No judgement! 

Step out of the daily grind and allow yourself freedom and space to breathe, move, laugh, and enjoy!
