About the Event
Come enjoy a new awesome playlist of world music and old favorites carefuly crafted to warm you up, get you moving and cool you down. We start with a short poem, setting an intention for our dance. Â We move into free form intuitive dance. Â Â You set your own pace, as fast and outragious or as quiet and still as you want to be! Â We close with circle of connection.
No Experience Necessary!Â
Rules:Â
1. No shoes (socks are ok)
2. No talking (singing, laughing, stomping are ok)
3. No judgement!Â
