JourneyDance™ Livestream

JourneyDance(TM) is a guided joyful movement practice.  We dance In-Person at Movement Insights being led by live stream of Toni via zoom.   

The class provides a simple structure allowing you to let go and refocus your mind on your body's movements.  It can improve your mood and help the day's irritations fade away. Relieving stress, restoring calm and serenity to your chaotic life.
