About the Event
Step into a day of renewal and reset for your body and mind.
To set our intention for the day we will begin with personal practice including areas for drawing, journaling, yoga, dance, prayer, and meditation. Â
We'll gather together into an openning circle to foster connection
Our hearts will get pumping with a Nia Class followed by a sharing circle.
We will break for lunch with healthy options from Bowled.Â
Followed by a treat from Keville Handcrafted Chocolates across the courtyard
The afternoon will bring a taste of JourneyDance, an AromaTouch hand massage and gentle yoga.Â
Our day will conclude with a closing circle
After-Party - Ecstatic Dance 7pm  to 9pmÂ
