Moving thru Grief - Awaken a New You

Every time we experience a loss, we have an opportunity to learn, change and grow IF we allow ourselves to move and not to stay stuck.  Dance has been a powerful tool of grief recovery for me and I would like to share that with you in this series - no matter what your circumstances.  Each week we will be use movement expression in a unique way - connecting with each other and within ourselves. The basis of this work is JourneyDance(TM), a free form conscious movement practice that invites each mover to listen for their own truth, seek their own light, and find their own next right step.  I act as your guide offering movement suggestions instead of specific steps. Together we'll move through our feelings, our losses and awaken to transformation.
