Gathered in circles creativity inspires! 

We begin with a gentle grounding practice, focusing inward, reconnecting to our breath, to our body, and to our heart.

From this embodied space we open to connect with one another through art, sound, and movement. 

We each take a turn writing, drawing, and dancing for one single beautiful song. 

Actively witnessing and responding to the movement expression of the dancer.

Allowing spirt to guide us and trusting that there are no wrong words, no wrong colors, no wrong steps. 

Our song repeats as we share our powerful witness experience. 

To feel the connection to self, the connection to others, the connection to spirit is truely a blessing. 

Separateness is truely an illusion.
