Sacred Sensual Ecstatic Dance Workshop

Join me in this celebratory workshop, post Independence Day, to explore and express our freedom through dance, discussion, and tantric practices.

My intention is to create a sacred safe space for more freedom to be felt.

• Freedom to move how you want to move.
• Freedom express any emotions that are present. All are welcome.
• Freedom to play
• Freedom to explore sexiness, sensuality, primal energy.
• Freedom to speak your truth.
• Freedom to be yourself. Authentic expression. Truth.
• Freedom to explore feeling free in your body/mind. Learning tools.
• Freedom to love what IS. Acceptance. with compassion.

The magic will be created by using these methods:

1. Freedom of movement/dance before the start of workshop.
2. Creation of ritual sacred space.
3. Opening welcome circle.
4. Celebrations!
5. Freedom as the theme talk. How to create more freedom in our lives.
6. Guided visualization, meditation and breath-work.
7. Ecstatic Shakti Dance. Freeform but guided by ideas.
8. Building energy through tantric practices.
9. Sharing
10. Closing circle.
