Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic Dance is a community gathering for people who want to express themselves freely, to connect, and to expand together through the inspiration of music & dance.

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, not structured dance space.

It's a free-form dance movement inspired and led by carefully crafted music with the intention of creating a healing journey.

Ecstatic Dance is an inner/outer journey, an authentic moving dynamic meditation where true PRESENCE is experienced.

It creates a direct body-mind-spirit connection, allowing our body and inner guide to be our own teachers .

It's about being fully present, transparent and real with oneself and others, discovering our own true dance, using this movement and energetic experience to release stuck patterns in our bodies, emotions and mind and being able to experience true union with the divine as One.

Ecstatic Dance is an environment without observers, judgments, attitudes, conversations, shoes, alcohol or drugs, fragrances or smoke; a space where everyone can feel spontaneously safe to try new things and push their edges.

This is the dance you dance when nobody is watching.

No dance experience or partner is necessary or needed.

7:00 - Setting up the space. Opening circle. 

7:15 - The music starts. You begin to notice how your body wants to move… however big or small… you rest when you need to and move as much and do what feels good.

7:30 - Doors close (so don't come to late ❤️)

8:30 - Closing circle and sharing

Step out of the daily grind and allow yourself freedom and space to breathe, move, laugh, and enjoy!
