What happens at a New Moon Dance: 

• Gathered in circle we'll follow a new moon opening and affirmation
• Space is provided for writing or drawing to capture intentions for the month
• Grounding ourselves with a musical meditation we plant the seeds of our intentions.
• Connecting into our hearts we allow free form intuitive movement to emerge. 
• Unlocking pathways to manifesting our intentions we move with celebration and joy
• Nurishing our spirits we move with self-care, love, and devotion 

Following the phases of the moon you'll receive a weely song to reconnect to your intention and movement practice.

The New Moon Dance is based on JourneyDance™ flow taylored to work with the engeries of the moon.  

What is JourneyDance™ ? 

The basis of this work is JourneyDance™, a free form conscious movement practice that invites each mover to listen for their own inner wisdom, inner light, and find their own next right step.  I act as your guide offering movement suggestions instead of specific steps.  Together we'll move through our feelings, our losses and awaken insights into our transformation.
